Webinar: Empowering Lived Experience in Governance

On the 21st January we held a webinar to look at empowering lived experience in governance.

Thank you to everyone who attended our webinar on “Empowering lived experience in governance” on 21st January. In this session, co-hosted by Chris Molloy and Harris Lorie, we welcomed guest speakers Ajibola Lewis, Nathan Clifford and David Gilbert to share their personal experiences and honest reflections on the role of lived experience representation in governance and in delivering structural change.

We are especially grateful to our speakers for their willingness to share their experiences and thoughts with us. It was a stimulating and thought-provoking discussion between our panelists and attendees, and one which left a sense of cautious optimism in the air as to the power of lived experience at all levels of an organisation, despite the recognition of the weightiness and challenges associated with this.
